UPDATE APRIL 27TH: We have reached full conference capacity and have closed registration. Please join the waitlist here. We will let you know if spots become available and may extend an offer for you (or your delegation) to register. Please check your email frequently and be ready to pay the registration fee.

Early and timely registration is important to ensure that we can meet the needs of each delegation and prepare an extraordinary experience for you.

Registration for Yale MUN Latin America will open in mid February and will be considered on a rolling basis. We encourage delegations to register early to avoid late fees and being placed on our waitlist. Please note, for a registration to be considered complete and processed, the full registration payment must be received. Please refer to the Fees and Deadlines below for more detailed information.

All high school students (alunos do ensino médio or in their last year of ensino fundamental) are eligible. Additionally, students who have recently grauduated from high school and have not yet started college or university are also eligible. We expect all conference participants to be able to read and understand English.

We have two forms for registration—please select the one on the left if you are a teacher or an MUN advisor, please select the one on the right if you are an individual delegate or a student signing up on behalf of yourself or other students. You are able to register both advisors and delegates in either form.

For delegations of ten or more people, our team will personally reach out to you once you have completed the type form below to help you with the registration process. Do not worry about saving your spot at the conference, once you have paid through the typeform, your spot is guaranteed.

Terms and conditions apply.

Fees and Deadlines

All amounts in USD. Please note that the late fee above, $130, is the price per delegate and that there is no added delegation fee.

Update March 1st 2024: Due to a high-volume of financial requests, we will no longer be able to accommodate new requests for financial aid.

Yale MUN Latin America is dedicated to providing students of all socioeconomic backgrounds the opportunity to participate in our conference. Financial aid is available for both individual delegates and group delegations, but students from group delegations must apply for financial aid individually as opposed to applying for the entire delegation.

The application period will be open February 15th. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis and will only be accepted if there is demonstrated financial need. We therefore strongly encourage delegates submit their application as soon as possible, as there are limited funds available for financial aid. Applications are closed. Delegations who have applied for financial aid should wait for the result of their application before registering for the conference.

Delegates and advisors should reach out to delegations@ymunlatam.org, with any questions or concerns.

Please note:

Flights, transportation, and accommodations are not covered by financial aid, financial aid is used to cover a percentage of the conference fee. However, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions!
